Klay Thompson and Megan Thee Stallion: A Poolside Connection

Klay Thompson and Megan Thee Stallion seem to be enjoying their time together on social media.

The Grammy-winning artist recently featured the Dallas Mavericks player in a poolside Instagram post. This comes just a few days after Thompson, 35, shared a set of vacation photos on a platform where he has a flair for showcasing his Bahamian experiences.

The woman in Thompson’s post, while her face was turned away, sported bright pink nails that looked quite similar to Megan’s, who is 30 years old. This coincided with Megan’s own poolside pictures shared back on July 9th.

In Thompson’s carousel of photos, he also included a cute snapshot of the two holding hands.

Prior to his alleged romance with Thompson, Megan had been linked to Tory Craig of the Chicago Bulls last summer. They even participated in a TikTok challenge where they pointed at each other to answer questions with their eyes closed.

While the TikTok video was shared, it was later taken down.

Thompson, who was previously with actress Laura Harrier, is now embarking on his first season with the Mavericks after spending 13 years with the Warriors.

As a four-time NBA champion with Golden State, Thompson had an average of 14 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 2.0 assists last season.

He signed a three-year, $50 million deal with Dallas during the previous summer’s free agency.

The Mavericks are coming off a run to the 2024 NBA Finals and made a shocking trade in February, sending star Luka Dončić to the Lakers, which turned heads in the NBA world.

When questioned in April if he still preferred the Mavericks regarding his career choices, Thompson dismissed the query as “silly,” emphasizing he doesn’t dwell on the past.

“You can’t do that to me… that’s a bit of a ridiculous question,” he remarked. “I don’t own a time machine and I don’t believe in looking back. If I hadn’t had my entire career, I wouldn’t be where I was.”

The future looks promising for the Mavericks, especially after selecting former Duke standout Cooper Flagg as the first overall pick in the recent NBA Draft.
