Users on social media didn’t hold back. One commenter wrote, “I’m going to do a life jacket???, and this year’s Mother’s Award…” Another concerned user chimed in, noting it was “reckless and illegal” for a child to be without a life jacket while on a boat.

The following day, Kardashian addressed the criticism. “Update: I bought a fitted life vest!” she shared on her Instagram story, accompanied by photos celebrating toddler life. She acknowledged her lapse in judgment, saying, “Honestly, I wasn’t thinking about some of the dangers… Thank you for making me aware.”

Many followers were supportive of her response. Comments ranged from praising her willingness to accept advice to celebrating her approach to parenting. “She loves to take advice and protect her child. She’s a great mom,” one user remarked.
