Kris Jenner reveals tumor is on her ovaries on ‘The Kardashians’

A tearful Kris Jenner told her family. Her Health Issues on Thursday’s episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

The 68-year-old mom leader told daughters Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner during a trip to Aspen that she had to undergo serious surgery.

“I went to the doctor and got checked out. They found a cyst and a small tumor on my ovary,” Chris said, sitting at a table with her boyfriend, Corey Gamble.

“Doctor A said I had to remove my ovaries,” she added. “It’s really emotional because thanks to you all, my ovaries were able to help.”

Kris, who has six children from her marriage to Robert Kardashian and Caitlyn Jenner (then Bruce Jenner), opened up about how she felt about having her ovaries removed.

“It’s very emotional for me because all my children were conceived there and grew up there – in my womb,” she said. “It’s a very sacred place to me.”

The group called Kourtney Kardashian, who was at home with her four children, to update her on their mother’s health.

“You have a tumor on your ovary and you’re going to have surgery to remove it,” Chris told her daughter.

“The only emotional thing for me is that it’s gone,” she told the group.

Kim, 43, offered sympathy for Kris in her confessional.

“Going through surgery and having your ovaries removed is really tough and I feel bad for her,” the SKIMS founder said. “I never could have imagined being in that situation and going through it and how frightening it would be.”

Chris said Her Daughters She said, “I don’t get nervous about giving anesthesia. I don’t get nervous with Dr. A because she’s the best doctor in the world. But when it actually happens, it feels so real.”

Courtney, 45, said she understood her mother’s feelings because “I would have felt the same way” if she were in the same situation.

“It’s like a female empowerment thing. I don’t mean to take away from who she is and what she’s been through, but I feel sentimental about what it created,” Courtney said.

Fighting back tears, Chris told his family, “It’s a sign of getting older and that this part of my life is over. A chapter has been closed.”

Kendall, 28, took a mature stance towards the situation.

“I understand how she feels. I understand that she’s sad because they are the ones who brought her children into the world, and that’s completely natural,” the second-youngest KarJenner sister said in a confessional.

“But at the same time, what are we using them for anymore? If they can hurt you, let’s get them out of there,” she added.

After embracing each other, Kris and Kim joked about throwing an “ovary farewell party” for their mother.

“I’m okay, I have you guys,” Chris told her kids.

Gamble, 43, cheered Kris up by gifting her with a new black winter coat.

The holiday ended on a happy note for the family, bringing a smile to Chris’ face.

Chris, 2018 Posted to Instagram So she implored her fans to get a mammogram to screen for breast cancer.

“My mother, MJ, is a breast cancer survivor, as are dozens of my friends,” she said. “Please do this in honor of a loved one. I’m sure we all have someone in our lives who has battled cancer. I love you all!!!”
