Christine Cavalari Shows off Style After Breast Implant Surgery

Christine Cavalari turned heads in a snug black dress, just days after announcing she had to undergo another breast implant procedure due to a rupture.

The Laguna Beach alum shared a striking photo on Instagram, showcasing her in a halter-style midi dress that features a daring neckline.

To complete her look, she chose black strappy heels and accessorized with a gold watch and earrings.

Cavalari, now 38, returned to her signature blonde locks styled in a low ponytail.

In her post, she mentioned, “New York to start this,” referring to her upcoming docuseries titled “A Honestly Cavalari: Headline Tour.”

This new reality series is set to premiere on Wednesday at 10 p.m. on E! and Bravo.

She opted for a bold outfit, especially after revealing she had to have another breast augmentation following the burst of one of her implants.

“There was something inside me urging me to revisit my decision about my breasts,” she recounted in a recent episode of her podcast, “Let’s Be Honest.”

She felt this intuition pushing her to get advice and explore options regarding her implants—an instinct she couldn’t ignore.

Last week, the reality star discussed her experience with a doctor in Nashville, where she currently lives.

“He seemed a bit concerned when he examined my implants, particularly the right one,” she recalled. “He asked if I’d noticed any changes over time or had any issues.”

Cavalari noted that the surgeon identified the ruptured implant along with significant scar tissue around it. While she acknowledged her health concerns, she has decided against going without implants, saying, “I’m single now. It’s time for the best boobs I can imagine.”

Previously, she confirmed that she underwent surgery in June 2024 after breastfeeding her three children—Camden, 12, Jaxon, 11, and Saylor, 9—whom she shares with her ex-husband Jay Cutler.
