Kristin Cavallari reaffirms unexpected statement about Jay Cutler amid difficult divorce situation

Kristin Cavallari Discusses Financial Situation with Jay Cutler

Kristin Cavallari is firm about her financial dealings following her divorce from former NFL player Jay Cutler. In a recent episode of the podcast “Aspirations with Emma Grede,” Cavallari shared her experiences regarding their financial split, stating that she hasn’t received any money since their 2022 divorce.

“I haven’t received a dime from my ex-husband,” she reiterated, reinforcing previous statements from her own podcast, Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour, last June.

In the conversation, she mentioned, “I had to give him half of the value” of her business, Uncommon James, which she described as needing cash, property, and everything else. “I think that would be interesting,” she added, perhaps aiming to highlight her unique perspective on the situation.

Reflecting on her past emotions, Cavallari said, “I was really angry at the time, but I’m really grateful now,” explaining that those challenges pushed her to grow stronger. She believes her entrepreneurial journey with Uncommon James gave her the confidence to end her marriage.

Cutler responded to her claims back in August, dismissing them as “completely false” during his podcast. He pointed out the absurdity of the claim by suggesting that no judge would allow a situation where he kept all the money earned during their marriage, especially given their three children together.

In recent updates, Cavallari stated they no longer share a 50/50 custody arrangement for their children—sons Camden, 13, Jackson, 11, and daughter Saylor, 9. She now holds primary custody, telling People that her focus is on being the best mother she can while running her $100 million business.

On her relationship with Cutler now, she noted, “I think that’s pretty much it, just co-parenting.” Their relationship began with an engagement in 2011 and lasted nearly seven years, culminating in a breakup announced in April 2020 and a finalized divorce in June 2022.

Interestingly, Cavallari has also been linked with NHL forward Nate Thompson since their divorce.
