The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star revealed during Wednesday’s episode that she and her estranged husband are undergoing therapy in hopes of identifying the root of the problem.
Richards explained to her co-star Dorit Kemsley that a big problem between her and her real estate agent is that they rarely fight, which she claims is having a negative impact on communication.
“It’s often the case that one of us has something that bothers us and we would rather live peacefully and not make a deal,” she said.
“I’m more of a ‘this pisses me off’ type of person, and he has this fierce side that always wants to be peaceful. But that’s not necessarily a good thing.”
Richards, 55, also said she was upset that Umansky, 53, was often away for work and tended to miss important family events.
“I feel like he thinks, ‘If we just give Kyle a little bit of time, he’ll get back on his feet and be fine.’ But I want to tell him… it’s so much more than that,” she continued. “We need help.”
The Bravo star explained that the “Dancing with the Stars” alum agreed to attend more, but continues to focus her energy on her job, which she called “his baby.”
“So I think if we have a problem like this, why aren’t you helping us?” [me] What is that energy? ” she continued.
Overall, Richards explained that despite always supporting Umansky’s endeavors, he doesn’t feel like she prioritizes him.
“From day one, when he had nothing, I supported him with everything I had,” the Bravolebrity said in a confessional.
“When I told him that we are facing a problem and I want you to work with me to solve this problem, I needed to feel like I was a priority and we were a priority. .”
