The affection that remains “unknown” is clearly still alive between Kylie Kelce and another Eagles WAG.
During the recent episode of the “Don’t Lie” podcast, Kylie, married to Eagles center Jason Kelce since 2018, recounted her unique introduction to the NFL, which took place at Lincoln Financial Field.
“Honestly, I can’t even remember her name,” Kylie admitted, reflecting on the moment. “When we first met, she mentioned to the person who introduced us that it was just a fluke connection. I was hanging out in the family room, and someone said, ‘This is Jason’s girlfriend.’
“Then the guy asked, ‘Jason Kelse?’ and she confirmed, adding, ‘Does he have a girlfriend?'”
“I was like, ‘Yes, you just said that and I’m right in front of you! What? Really? That was my ‘welcome to the NFL’ moment.”
“Luckily, I didn’t have to interact with her again. That was a relief.”
Later in the podcast, Kylie discussed why she chose not to publicly congratulate her stepbrother, Travis Kelce, who recently got engaged to pop star Taylor Swift.
“I want to clarify that we’ve made a conscious choice to avoid talking about Taylor and Travis on this podcast,” she stated. “I can express my happiness directly to them. It’s not necessary for me to make a public statement.”
“I think it’s enough to say I’m really happy for them. I mean, I’m excited for my daughters to welcome another aunt! I genuinely look forward to having Taylor in our family. But, you know, our relationship is personal.”
“It’s private between us, and I don’t feel the need to constantly share comments about their lives when I can just text them.”
Kelce and Swift announced their engagement on Instagram on August 26, with a series of photos set in a garden adorned with pink and white flowers.
The couple humorously noted, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are married,” which related to a line in her upcoming 2024 track, “So High School,” inspired by Kelce.
Entering his 13th NFL season, Kelce proposed to Swift in his Leawood backyard, a home he acquired for more seclusion amid their whirlwind romance that began in 2023, having filmed an episode of the hit “New Heights” podcast together on August 13.
