LA Teen Convicted in Fatal Carjacking of Grandma Sentenced to Life in Jail

A teenager convicted in the brutal carjacking of an elderly woman in New Orleans, Louisiana, was sentenced Friday to life in prison.

John Honoré once declared, According to WWLTV, the family of victim Linda Fricke said they received justice in the case.

Breitbart News reported on November 21 that the 73-year-old woman was carjacked and killed by Honoré and three teenage girls in 2022, and later pleaded guilty in a reduced sentence.

The teens were each sentenced to 20 years in prison.

During the first incident, a young man tried to punch an elderly woman and get her out of the car, but eventually pushed her. However, her arm became tangled in the seatbelt and she was dragged along the sidewalk. Eventually her grandmother's arm was torn from her body.

“I started running screaming because I wanted to get this person out of this car. If I could do that, I could have saved this person,” one community member told the show, crying.

Following Honoré's sentencing, Frickey's sister-in-law, Kathy Richard, commented: ”

“Personally, I hope you never get out of there (prison) and that the hounds of hell come rushing after you,” she added.
