Landry Shamet has added a second ring to his summer.
Following his pivotal role in helping the Knicks secure their first championship in over five decades, engagement rumors have emerged after The Post shared a photo of his partner, Cameron Aimonetti, showcasing some new jewelry on her ring finger.
The duo was spotted enjoying a relaxing moment on Italy’s scenic Amalfi Coast, with Aimonetti prominently displaying a sizable gemstone on her left hand.
Shamet and Aimonetti entered into a relationship around September 2024, but there hadn’t been any indications of an engagement prior to this. Notably, Shamet didn’t appear to have a ring during the celebration following the Knicks’ championship victory against the Spurs on June 13.
As they made their way back from the beach to catch a boat, Aimonetti seemed to take the ring out for a moment before putting it back on.
The couple looked blissful on the boat, even sharing a kiss in one snapshot. Shamet was also seen capturing moments of Aimonetti with his camera.
After the Knicks clinched the title in Game 5 against the Spurs, Aimonetti expressed her pride for Shamet, who played a significant part in their championship journey.
In an Instagram post, she wrote, “Champion 🏆 Nothing was going to stop you from being here to witness this,” accompanied by a picture with the Larry O’Brien trophy.
She continued, “Words can’t describe the mental strength and discipline it took to get to this moment… You won it all. It’s been an incredible journey. World Champions 🏆❤️.”
Shamet contributed off the bench during the playoffs, averaging 16.3 minutes per game, with 6.0 points per game and an impressive 47.5 percent shooting from beyond the arc.
His standout performance came in the Eastern Conference finals against the Cavaliers, where he made 11 of 12 three-point attempts.
The Knicks secured Shamet with a four-year, $24 million contract, and he was awarded a long-term deal after the Finals.
