Some justice may be served after actor Ian Ziering was allegedly attacked on New Year’s Eve.
The Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood and Metropolitan Districts have arrested two people allegedly involved in the December 31st assault.
According to a press release shared by authorities, the two were “responsible for the assault and vandalism of a motorist on Hollywood Boulevard” on Dec. 31 at approximately 3 p.m.
“A confrontation began between the victim and one of the minibike riders over possible damage to the vehicle,” the release states. “Another three or four mini-bikers jumped in and assaulted the driver.”

FOX News Digital has reached out to Ziering’s representatives. Although the actor is not named in the latest Los Angeles Police Department release, the details of the incident appear to match what he has previously said.
Ziering acknowledged his involvement in the alleged assault days after video of the incident surfaced.
“We experienced an alarming incident involving a group of people on minibikes,” he shared on Instagram at the time. “While stuck in traffic, my car was approached aggressively by one of these riders, leading to an unsettling collision. In an attempt to check for damage, I got out of the car. Unfortunately , this behavior escalated into a physical altercation, but I navigated it to protect myself. “
Ziering said at the time that he and his daughter left it “completely unharmed.”
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” star called the situation “unacceptable” and called for law enforcement to get involved.

“This situation highlights the larger problem of street hooliganism and the need for an effective law enforcement response to such behavior,” he said. “As a citizen and as a parent, I find it unacceptable that a group of people should freely engage in this type of behavior and cause fear and confusion when the authorities appear to be doing an inadequate response.”
Video obtained by TMZ shows Ziering’s vehicle being surrounded by people on motorbikes on Hollywood Boulevard, before Ziering exits the vehicle and is then seen punching one of the motorbike riders who was parked directly in front of the car.
