Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, posted a heartwarming video of Trump embracing his grandchildren the day after a jury convicted him in his business records trial.

The video was posted the day after a New York jury found Trump guilty on all 34 counts of falsifying business records related to payments made to adult entertainment star Stormy Daniels during the 2016 presidential campaign.
As Breitbart News previously reported, this is “typically a misdemeanor, and the statute of limitations has already expired.”
“We have prosecuted this case as a felony, alleging that the falsification of business records was undertaken to conceal a federal crime,” Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said.

Ivanka Trump, the former president’s daughter, also posted a heartwarming photo to her Instagram Story hours after the jury found her father guilty, including a picture of her as a young child with her father.
“I love you, Dad,” Ivanka wrote in the post.
Trump is scheduled to be sentenced on July 11, four days before the Republican National Convention begins on July 15.
