It’s well-known that Las Vegas is home to some of the most extravagant and pricey steaks, but what if you’re just looking for a decent meal without breaking the bank?
Michael Politz, the founder of Food & Beverage Magazine, shared some insights on the best value steaks in town.
1. Jackson’s Bar & Grill
Politz highlighted this unpretentious grill as offering one of the top steak deals on the Strip.
Jackson’s Bar & Grill has a $22 special on ribeye, featuring a pound of steak served with Texas toast and a generous helping of vegetables.
According to Politz, Jackson delivers “one of the best steak values in town.” He mentioned that the portion sizes are ample and the steaks are cooked just right, making them consistently tender and juicy.
An employee noted that they sell quite a number of these steaks each day.
Additionally, you can get steak with eggs for breakfast or as a dinner option alongside potatoes and veggies, providing versatility in meal choices.

2. John Cutter Grill & Tavern
This steakhouse features a half-price steak special every Sunday, making it quite the steal, according to Politz.
On that day, all steaks—ranging from a $56 bone-in ribeye to a $42 petit filet—are half off.
Politz referred to the Sunday special as “incredible value compared to the pricier steakhouses.” He added that despite the affordability, the steak is tender and juicy, comparable to cuts you’d typically pay three or four times more for. John Cutter is located at 11770 W. Charleston Boulevard, towards the western edge of Vegas.
3. Herbs and Rye
This restaurant has garnered a dedicated following due to its half-price steak happy hour.
Politz emphasized that they offer this deal during both evening and late-night hours, making it a popular choice.
Guests can indulge in flavorful, seasonal steaks at unbeatable prices in a stylish, timeless setting.
According to the Herbs & Rye website, the half-off deals include Filet Mignon and New York Strip for $29.
