Leanna Lenee Prepares for Her First NFL Season
Leanna Lenee is gearing up for her debut season as an NFL WAG.
Recently married to Travis Hunter, the Jacksonville Jaguars’ second overall pick from the 2025 NFL Draft, Lenee participated in her first event in Jacksonville alongside fellow NFL wives and girlfriends.
“I attended my first WAG event and I can’t wait to share all the goodies I got,” Lenee commented, mentioning the welcoming goodie bags received at the Seaside Soiree held at Hawkers Restaurant in Neptune.
The bags were filled with an array of items, including skincare products, beauty essentials, gift cards, cookies, and even some tequila and vodka.
Lenee proudly displayed her custom black bodysuit designed by Pressed, which featured Jacksonville’s area code, 904, on the front alongside a chic cheetah print.
Despite feeling shy, she expressed her enjoyment at meeting others. “I met a lot of wonderful people, including wives and girlfriends, and even a retired wife,” she shared.
Marissa Lawrence, the wife of Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence, also showcased her goodie bag from the event.
The women were warmly welcomed with drinks at the beach-themed gathering on June 10, 2025. “I’m really thankful to the team and the wonderful woman who organized this. It was a bit daunting for me, but honestly, it was so enjoyable. Thank you to all the girls,” Lenee added.
The event was organized by NFL women, a network designed to support women navigating the unique lifestyle associated with the league, and was hosted by Marissa Lawrence.
In separate videos, Lenee revealed feeling nervous about attending the event and acknowledged it was “out of my comfort zone.” She said, “I tend to get anxious around others and worry that I come off as standoffish or unapproachable. It’s really just nerves.”
All the women were incredibly welcoming, she noted, explaining that many attendees likely felt a bit on edge too, contrasting their cohesion as wives.
Lenee shared valuable tips on obtaining game tickets and finding the best seats in the stadium for those interested.
After stepping back from social media in late 2024 due to public scrutiny over her relationship with Hunter, Lenee has returned to share her experiences.
The Jaguars are set to kick off their 2025 season against the Carolina Panthers in Jacksonville on September 7th.
