Just before 9 p.m. Friday, a legally armed food vendor fatally shot a robbery suspect in Chicago.
The vendor is “CCL” [concealed carry license] Holder'' got into a gunfight after a “brief struggle'' with a man around 30 years old, the robbery suspect, WGN-TV reported. reported.
CBS Chicago noticed The robbery suspect was “hit multiple times in the body and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he later died,” the statement said.
A food vendor was also shot, but is in good condition and is expected to survive injuries.
WLS pointed out Detectives said they recovered two firearms at the scene.
