Gray Goose, which was the official beverage sponsor of the US Open, recently signed a deal with the Australian Open and hopes organizers have developed a cocktail to rival the Honey Deuce.
Of course, Honey Deuce was all the rage during last year's U.S. Open, making it one of the most searched drinks of 2024, according to Google.

For the perfect garnish, Gray Goose recommends using only the bright yellow rind of the lemon and avoiding the white pith underneath, which can be bitter.

To create the “spinning tennis ball” decoration, use a speed peeler to peel a large section of lemon peel. Press the skin with a bottle cap to cut out a circular part and carefully remove the decoration with a toothpick.
