Lewis Hamilton’s first Ferrari F1 days captured in incredible new team video

Lewis Hamilton's stunning move towards Ferrari was a hot topic a few weeks before the 2025 Formula One season. The legendary team introduced the latest drivers over several days in January, culminating in the first lap behind the wheels of the Ferrari on the test track.

Now, the team has released nearly nine minutes of video that will attract fans behind the scenes for the first few days.

The video took a tour of the facility, including filming Hamilton's first day at the factory, meeting with various members of the team and seeing some of the team's legendary cars. Then on the second day, Hamilton wore a Ferrari race kit for the first time and climbed into the car for his first seat fitting.

Then on the third day, Hamilton climbed SF-23, the team's challenger for the 2023 F1 season, putting his first lap on the team's Test track.

Meanwhile, Tifosi was never far from sight, so he was rooting for his new hero.

As you can see in the video following that session, Hamilton seemed wiped out by the emotions of the moment. Hamilton spoke as he walked the team's test track in Maranello in his suit.

“I can't believe it,” the seven-time driver champion said. “So I went three laps around this track yesterday morning. It was amazing. I did three laps, so 6.2 miles. I saw a picture of this, it was falling on the hairpin over there. , as I was looking back, I was like, “Oh, God.” It hit me with waves.

“It was a dream come true to come here and have this experience,” Hamilton continued. “It's been a long journey.”
