LI pastor pleads guilty to possessing sexually explicit videos of young boys

The Long Island pastor faces him in prison for up to 30 years as he owns sexually explicit images and videos of young boys he chatted online.

Jose Says Jr., 29, pleaded guilty to the sexual exploitation of a child in Islip federal court on Tuesday to soliciting offensive content on a encrypted messaging service engaged in indecent conversations with minors. According to the US Lawyer's Office for the Eastern District of New York.

Prosecutors said the dishonest clergy also had a graphic conversation with a secret agent in August 2023, admitting that they had sexually abused a toddler and were searching for young victims in the “church.”

Says – The pastor of Iglesia Christiana Arrasbrand El Camino Church in Brentwood said his “sweet spot” abused children between the ages of 11 and 15, prosecutors said.

“The sexual exploitation of the defendant's minors is both horrifying, both in person and online, and he is currently facing at least 15 years in prison for his unspeakable crime,” US lawyer John J. Durham said in a statement.

“The fact that he held a position of trust and responsibility as a pastor at a local church further condemns his actions. Protecting vulnerable children from predators like this defendant has always been a priority in this office.”

The three fathers were arrested on September 28, 2023 after the FBI's Long Island Child Exploitation Task Force received online tips that the pastor was sexually active with their children.

According to criminal charges, investigators discovered 15 ominous videos in conversations saved on Telegram from Perv's phone while running a search warrant at his Brentwood home.

One video included a 16-year-old boy having sex, the complaint said.

Saez spoke to the officers when he knew the minor was in high school, demanding that the boy send him a video.

He also acknowledged that he is engaged in similar behavior as several other minors, saying, “I am sorry that it cannot be stopped,” according to the complaint.

At the time of his arrest, the Fed believed that in 2000, a crazy preacher began targeting young boys, and used Snapchat, Telegram and Kik to contact the victims. According to the FBI's New York division.

Prosecutors say Sez faces up to 30 years in prison when he was sentenced September 3rd.

“The defendant not only acknowledged the young child sexually abusing, but also discussed his church and his congregation as targets of additional abuse,” the FBI handles Leslie Buckseys.

“The persistent exploitation of his children is clear directly and online, and this plea is one step ahead on the path to justice for his victims. Children are the most vulnerable in our community and the FBI will not stop anything to make sure they are protected.

The pastor's lawyer did not immediately respond to a post office request for comment.
