“Little Rascals” star Brandon “Bug” Hall is facing backlash after joking that his newborn son will be his “heir apparent” and describing his oldest daughters as “dishwashers.”
Hall, who starred as Alfalfa Switzer in the 1994 film, drew outrage from fans on Tuesday when he announced the birth of his first of five children, a son named Mark Athanasius Chad Anthony Hall-Barnett.

However, fans on social media questioned why he made no mention of his older daughters.
The actor fired back at users who pointed out that he already has four daughters, writing, “I said heirs, not dishwashers.”
Hall's response has been criticised on social media, with fans calling him “gross” and “disgusting”.
“May God protect those precious girls from your toxic attitude and self-loathing until they're old enough to break up with you,” one X user wrote.
“You're disgusting. You're openly disparaging your daughters to get some outrage clicks,” commented another.
The star defended the joke after critics flooded his congratulatory post, saying he and his wife Jill had a “good laugh” at the comment.
“I told my wife the same joke while she was in labor. We both laughed. It may be hard for you to understand, but most normal people are full of humor and joy. Stay miserable you meanie,” he wrote to someone who had encouraged his wife to divorce him over his comments.
Hall also responded to someone who asked why his newborn son's name has a hyphen.
“I legally took my father-in-law's last name before I was married because I wanted to honor him by giving my family his name. He is a great man who raised me from the time I was a toddler. At the time, I didn't think it was a good idea to drop my professional name, so I hyphenated it,” Hall responded.
In his X profile, Hall describes himself as “the matriarch of five women,” a “medieval moralist” and a “patriot.”
He and Jill were married in February 2017.
Hall rose to fame as a child actor in the '90s on “Little Rascals,” before doing voice acting in the animated film “Hercules” and more recently appearing in episodes of TV shows like “Castle” and “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.”
His last entertainment industry credit was in 2020, the same year he was arrested in Weatherford, Texas, over Father's Day weekend for allegedly inhaling air duster.
Police report Obtained by Fox News Those who reported the incident claimed to have told police that “someone was smoking near a trash can.”
