LIV Golf Adelaide party kicks off with wild Patrick Reed hole-in-one

Liv Golf's biggest event of the season began in a massive way on a Friday morning in Australia.

Patrick Reed made a hole-in-one On his second hole, par 3, 12th hole, led to a celebration that only TPC Scottsdale's 16th hole could compete. The fans went wild and threw beer, cups and what they could get towards the lead.

“Ah, I!” cried Arlo White, lead announcer from Liv Golf.

“Patrick Reed, you're a small beauty!”

The ace of Reed appeared in “The Watering Hole,” a 151-yard par-3 inside a packed stadium full of fans. It's a rough atmosphere and a scene that will help make Liv Golf Adelaide the most important event of the year. The tournament welcomes over 100,000 fans each year. Australia is a golf-hungry country and it proves its love to celebrate the best players in the world.

Chase Koepka made this hole famous two years ago. Like the ace of Friday's lead, Koepka's feat sparked an absolute fuss.

Perhaps another ace will continue for the next few days. If you come, expect another massive celebration.
