LIV Golf’s Bryson DeChambeau preps for more fist pumps at U.S. Open

After his impressive performance at the PGA Championship, LIV Golf captain Bryson DeChambeau has incorporated some new training into his routine.

DeChambeau, the Valhalla fist pump king I posted a video He took to Instagram to tease the preparations for more celebrations, autograph signings and more at Pinehurst.

The video shows his POV as he trains for his next major tournament, as he pumps his fist 4×8 times, adding “Let’s go, baby, yeah, let’s go” along with the motion.

The next exercise is to do the sign 3 times 12 times. The third exercise is to do the cap tip 3 times 10 times, all while making sure you maintain good form and your dog is watching.

DeChambeau added 4×10 repetitions to his routine that he blamed on his caddie — it looks like a variety of bicep curls — but he nailed it and said in the caption that it was his favorite part.

The former U.S. Open champion came very close to winning the PGA Championship, losing by one stroke to Xander Schauffele, but DeChambeau won over many fans in Kentucky, and his fist-pumping performance was one of the highlights of the week.

The 30-year-old also posted about various fist pumps and the number of records he broke, and it’s fun to watch as he adds these exercises to his workout routine and continues to remind people what a likeable guy he is.

After his strong performance at Valhalla, many already consider him one of the favorites to win another major championship at Pinehurst.
