Vance of Ohio as his vice presidential candidate on the opening day and Trump attending the convention just two days after the assassination attempt.

Tuesday’s agenda includes a last-minute appearance by former Trump rival Nikki Haley, who was added to the speaker schedule on Sunday, a week before the convention, where she announced her delegates and called for people to vote for Trump.
