22 minutes: Liverpool wasted a free kick on the right, and a poor pass into the box allowed Baltimore to fire the ball out of danger.
19 minutes: Both teams entered this match with two different styles of play. Liverpool looked to attack Smith and Keenan directly, but Chelsea persevered, breaking through the middle at every opportunity. It's been an interesting match so far. Now all we need is a goal!
17 minutes: Baltimore received the ball on the left side and fired a shot directly at Laws, who was able to flick the ball away.
15 minutes: Chelsea's ball falls to Reiten just outside the box and he looks to cross in, but Bonner again tries to clear the danger.
12 minutes: A great pass is sent past the Chelsea defense to Keenan. The forward looks to charge towards goal but is pushed wide by Bright, allowing the away team to nullify the attack.
9 minutes: The away team had a chance when Raiten sent a curling cross from the right side. It runs to the back post and almost goes into the net, but Bonner clears it.
8 minutes: The ball was sent wide to Kanereid on the right side, who sent the ball short to Hamano in the center. The forward tries to score, but her shot is saved by Laws.
6 minutes: What a great start! Both teams had glimpses of a goal in the first five minutes. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the stalemate is broken…
3 minutes: Chelsea's clearance went straight to Ramirez, who aimed for the Liverpool goal, but Bonner did enough to block her shot.
2 minutes: When Liverpool win a corner kick, the ball is sent straight into the box. This fell at the feet of Hines, who aimed for goal, but her shot was blocked and disappeared into another corner.
However, Chelsea cleared the second set piece.
1 minute: Smith ran up the right flank and into the Chelsea penalty area. She tried to hit the ball straight across goal, but Buchanan deflected the ball behind her and earned a corner kick.

Liverpool manager Matt Beard insists his team will play to win This afternoon. In his pre-match program notes, he wrote: “Chelsea have had a good start to the season and Sonia Bompastre has come in and done a good job, because whoever comes in to replace Emma Hayes is always going to be tough.
“If you look at the two teams Manchester City and Chelsea, they probably have two elevens that can compete for the top three in the WSL. If Chelsea play two elevens, they will probably be in first and second place. I think it's possible.
“Nevertheless, in each of the last two seasons we have won at home against our opponents and, as always, while always respecting our opponents, we will play to win games and our performance certainly I feel that it is also good against the top surface. This is a match we are looking forward to and another opportunity to test ourselves. ”

Arsenal secured their biggest WSL win of the season with a 5-0 win over Brighton on Friday. Meanwhile, Manchester City beat Tottenham 4-0 at the Etihad Stadium, with Khadija Shaw scoring a hat-trick.
Liverpool and Chelsea start their match at St Helens Stadium today, before Everton take on Crystal Palace, West Ham take on Leicester City and Manchester United take on Aston Villa.
