Pirates star rookie Paul Skenes has taken the major leagues by storm this season, but his famous girlfriend, Livi Dunn, could be making some big waves as well.
Dunn, a 21-year-old influencer and gymnast, even threw a ball at Fanatics Fest at the Javits Center on Saturday while wearing a Pirates jersey with her boyfriend’s number 30 on it.
She had his famous moustache.
Of course, Dan’s pitch wasn’t fast, but it was followed by a bit of gymnastics and another pose.
The 22-year-old Skenes lived up to expectations in his rookie season.
He posted a 7-2 record with a 2.30 ERA, 121 strikeouts and just 24 walks in 98 innings pitched.
Despite Skenes’ performance, the Pirates are 58-64 and don’t seem likely to make the playoffs.
Dunn is currently a member of the Louisiana State University Tigers women’s gymnastics team.
She was also a former member of the U.S. National Gymnastics Team.
