Olivia “Livvy” Dunne roasted the troll in a comment from Tiktok, who called her back to her fifth year at LSU.
Dunne qualified for an extra year with the LSU gymnastics team after enrolling in college during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.
Last week, the Tigers celebrated Senior Night, but one commenter joked about Dan and said she would become a senior “for the next 10 years.”
Dunne posted a one-minute video showing her comments and shredded it.

“I really don't understand what's so difficult,” she said. “I came to university in 2020 and was awarded a fifth year for Covid and returned to my fifth year. I've only seen this comment on a female athlete's post. Why do you care when I'm qualified for my fifth year and another year?”
Dan could have ended after that, but she provided evidence of how normal it is for athletes to compete for their fifth year in college.

Dunne used LSU quarterback Garrett Nussmeier as an example. He is in his fifth year with the Tigers after redshirting his freshman year.
“We're always in our fifth year with soccer and basketball players redshirts,” Dan added. “LSU Football's starting quarterback is back in his fifth year, and this comment is nowhere to be found on his account.
“The people who comment on things like this were obviously not college athletes or have never loved sports. So you're not funny. Why do you care what I'm doing in my life?
Dan also added that he gave up her athletic scholarship to allow another gymnast to get it while she was competing in her final year.

According to ON3, Dunne is the country's top female NIL winner and the fourth in the partnership with an estimated $4.1 million rating.
She also launched In collaboration with the official Nil Collective of LSU, “The Livvy Fund” has supported more female athletes to “create more opportunities” and “emphasizes the importance of funding women in university sports.”
Dunne appeared at nine Tigers competitions at the 2024 WCGA All-American, whilst competing in bar and floor events. She scored a career-high 9.900 in floor events in the second round of last year's Podium Challenge and NCAA Fayetteville Regional. Dan also posted a season-high 9.875 in the bar at the tournament at the Podium Challenge.
LSU ranks second in the country this season, but during the senior night, Dan has revealed he can't compete due to a knee injury.

“Hello. Unfortunately, I've been dealing with a detached patella fracture, but I can't compete in senior nights,” Dan posted on his Instagram story. “To not get the last opportunity to compete in PMAC again will absolutely break my heart. Tiger fans, you were so good for me! Endless support and Geaux Tigers as always! – Liv.”
