Declassification of Russiagate Documents by National Intelligence Director
On July 18th, Tarshi Gabbard, the National Intelligence Director, made public over 100 pages of documents—emails, memos, and internal communications—pertaining to the Russian Acid Agent scandal. This move affirms suspicions many have held for about a decade.
Liz Wheeler, the host of “The Liz Wheeler Show,” expressed her excitement upon hearing the news. “My reaction when I first saw this was, ‘Oh, yes!'” she remarked. This is the first time that so many documents relating to the situation have been accessible, she noted, including evidence that a senior official from the Obama administration was deeply involved in orchestrating this assault on President Trump.
However, Liz cautions against jumping to conclusions. She highlighted General Pam Bondy’s warning that this might present an even bigger challenge than the Epstein case.
According to Liz, declassifying these Russiagate documents empowers Americans to “actually demand justice.” But she believes simply exposing corruption isn’t enough. “Justice means arresting, prosecuting, and putting criminals on trial—Barack Obama, James Comey, [James] Clapper, [John] Brennan,” and perhaps an even longer list of conspirators.
She adds, “Silly perjury won’t suffice. Justice is about consequences.” For her, it’s about holding people accountable for serious crimes such as treason and conspiracy. “Those are crimes that really matter,” she insists.
But this raises a pressing question: Will Pam Bondi deliver justice that matches the severity of the crimes? “This is a big test for her,” Liz says. “Are we going to see charges of perjury, or are we going to see real justice?”
