lllegal immigrants charged with kidnapping Indiana teen

Five illegal immigrants were arrested in Missouri early Monday morning for allegedly kidnapping a teenage girl in Indiana.

Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers received a report of a missing 14-year-old girl in Cass County, Indiana, around 2:00 a.m. on June 17.

According to court documents, the girl’s father witnessed her getting into what was later determined to be a black Dodge Durango with an unknown registration number, and reported the incident to the Logansport Police Department.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office said officers received a call reporting the missing girl’s cell phone ringing from the suspect’s vehicle, which had a Texas registration, traveling west on U.S. 36 near Hannibal, Missouri.

A Missouri police officer found an SUV matching the description a short time later and stopped it. The officer found a girl in the back seat of the SUV, who identified herself as the missing teen. Authorities found no evidence of a sexual assault.

An illegal immigrant suspect in the murder of a 12-year-old Texas girl was recently arrested and released into the U.S.

All five men in the vehicle were arrested and booked into the Macon County Jail. The suspects are: Marlon Aguilar (44, Honduras), Arturo Eustaquio (41, Mexico), Noe Guzman Hernandez (24, Mexico), Daniel Luis Lopez (19, Mexico), and Carlos Funes (56, Honduras).

The Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed to Fox News Digital that all of the men were in the country illegally, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has issued detention orders against the five.

All remain held without bail on felony kidnapping charges.
