WWE NXT Stand & Deliver Results

This past Saturday, the top contenders for the NXT Women’s Championship kicked off Stand & Deliver in St. Louis, Missouri. Jaycee Jayne was eager to defend her title against both Kendall Gray and Laura Vice.

Ultimately, it was Vice who claimed the NXT Women’s Championship.

The match was indeed a whirlwind, marked by rapid exchanges and fierce attempts at taking control by all three competitors. Gray and Vice dove right into the action, quickly tossing Jayne out of the ring and moving to pin each other. The start was competitive, but they soon took the fight outside. Jayne hurled Gray down some stairs, while Vice delivered a Meteora to gain an edge.

Jayne, a seasoned competitor, was determined to keep the match focused, ensuring it wasn’t a three-way tussle by throwing the others out when necessary. She showed her experience throughout.

Gray, who previously won the Iron Survivor Challenge, and Vice, equally undefeated, utilized their backgrounds effectively to fend off attacks. Just when Jayne looked poised to secure a win over Gray, Vice intervened by put Gray’s foot on the ropes, disrupting the pin attempt. The presence of Jayne’s allies, Fallon Henry and Laney Reed, added to the drama, while Gray had only her own support from Ren Sinckler.

As the match unfolded, it was a flurry of moves and counter-moves. Jayne soon delivered a kick that sent Gray crashing out of the ring. However, Vice struck back, connecting with a spinning backfist that led to her victory over Jayne.

This win marks Vice’s first title in NXT, and she also holds the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship with Mr. Iguana, making her a dual champion now. Notably, she is the first Cuban-American woman to achieve the Women’s Championship title in NXT.

Jayne’s title reign ended after 137 days, making her one of the few NXT women’s champions to have held multiple titles during her time.
