Rain Andreani, girlfriend of Mötley Crüe singer Vince Neil, was arrested on domestic assault-related charges in Tennessee on Nov. 1, according to Williamson County arrest records.
Andreani, a celebrity makeup artist, was released the following day after posting $5,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3.
A report said Andreani hit Neil during an argument and damaged his home. The allegations have not been detailed further in the available records.
Neil, 65, and Andreani, 45, have been together since 2011 and have attended numerous red-carpet events as a couple. They also appeared on an episode of “Wife Swap” in 2015 with musician Gunnar Nelson and his wife, Lila.
In a Valentine’s Day message in 2024, Neil wrote that Andreani was perfect and said he felt lucky to have her.
Neil was previously married four times: to Beth Lynn from 1981 to 1985, Sharise Ruddell from 1987 to 1993, Heidi Mark from 2000 to 2001, and Lia Gerardini from 2005 to 2010.
He has three children: Neil, 48, with high school girlfriend Tami Jones; Elle, 43, with Lynn; and Skylar, with Ruddell. Skylar died of kidney cancer in August 1995, aged four.
In a 2010 episode of “Celebrity Ghost Stories,” Neil remembered his daughter as a cheerful child with blonde hair and blue eyes. “She looked like me,” he said. “Everybody called her ‘little Vince.’”
Neil became famous as Mötley Crüe’s lead singer, with the band’s albums including “Too Fast for Love,” “Shout at the Devil” and “Theater of Pain.” He left the group briefly to pursue a solo career, then rejoined in 1997.
The band announced a farewell tour in 2015, but returned to touring in 2022 and has continued performing and releasing music.
Neil suffered a severe stroke in December 2024. He later said the left side of his body stopped working and that he had to learn to walk again. Doctors doubted he would return to the stage, he recalled, but he was determined to perform again.
Mötley Crüe postponed dates for its Las Vegas residency in March 2025. Neil returned to live performance in August, appearing with Bret Michaels at MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston. The band played the first rescheduled residency show the following month.
