Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli Separate After Nearly 28 Years
Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, have reportedly separated after almost 28 years of marriage. Their anniversary is on November 27th.
A representative for Loughlin, Elizabeth Mori, confirmed the split to sources, stating, “Lori and Mossimo are living apart.” Importantly, she indicated that there are no legal disputes currently underway.
The couple initially crossed paths in 1995 and tied the knot in 1997. They share two adult daughters: Bella Rose, 26, and Olivia Jade, 25.
This announcement comes five years after their involvement in a high-profile college admissions scandal, during which they pleaded guilty to charges related to fraudulently securing their daughter’s admission to the University of Southern California.
Loughlin spent two months in prison for her role in the scandal, while Giannulli served five months. They were both released in late 2020 and early 2021.
Interestingly, Loughlin recently reflected on the scandal during an appearance on “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” where her character navigates legal troubles with a comical twist.
Since their legal issues, she has been involved in various acting projects, including a role in Hallmark’s “When Hope Calls.” Loughlin spoke about the significance of patience in interviews, noting, “Life isn’t always easy. We face challenges and we learn from our mistakes.” She emphasized the importance of resilience and patience as she moves forward.
As for their living situations, the couple has also put their Los Angeles home on the market, which they purchased for $9.5 million in 2020 but is now listed for $16.5 million.
While the situation is undoubtedly difficult, the key takeaway seems to be about facing life’s obstacles with a sense of grace and understanding.
