In a story that capped her final game of her college career, she hit a walk-off ace to give the Ragin' Cajuns a 3-1 (25-20, 25-23, 19-25, 25-16) victory over Georgia. South.

The Maui, Hawaii native's teammates jumped for joy and the bench emptied to surround her in hugs as Dekambura cried tears of joy.

Fellow senior Cami Hicks also had a great night with nine blocks, bringing her season total to 135 blocks.

This surpassed the rally-scoring era single-season block record of 129, set by Clarice Lairs in 2001.

Dekambra played at Odessa College in Odessa, Texas, and transferred to Louisiana for the 2021-2022 season.

As a junior, she was one of only two setters in the Sun Belt Conference to total 1,100 assists in the regular season.
