LSU Pole Vaulter Dillon Reidenauer is one of two people killed in a car accident on school campus earlier this week.
The 18-year-old Reidenauer was in a car struck by a 23-year-old motorcyclist. According to WBRZ In Louisiana.
The outlet reported that motorcycle rider Bodhi Linton moved north on Nicholson Drive near Tiger Stadium when Linton defeated the car with a T-bone, with both vehicles in flames.

“We are devastated by the tragic passage of Dillon Reidenauer. Dillon Reidenauer was quickly taken from us.” said in a statement. “Everyone at our LSU Athletics Stadium maintains Dillon's loved ones in our thoughts and prayers, and other individuals who have lost in the incident.

Reidenaur was from nearby Abita Springs and had a degree in interior design from the school. She was in her first year at LSU.
She starred in high school and placed second in the 2024 LHSAA State 5A Championship with a 3.64m clearance. As a junior at Fontainbleau High School, she finished fourth in the state tournament.
