Former Spanish Football Federation President Luis Luviales is guilty of sexually assaulting a female player on Thursday when she kissed her without her consent following the team's 2023 Women's World Cup victory That's what happened.
According to Reuters, the Spanish High Court ordered Luviales to pay a fine of about $10,400, acquitted the forced charge. He was also restricted from going within 200 meters from a football player and was able to communicate with her for a year.

Jenny Hermoso accused Rubiales of kissing her without her consent as Spain celebrated the team's victory in England. Through the trial, Rubiales argued that the kiss was an agreement.
Earlier this month, Hermoso said that the moment “dyed one of the happiest days of my life.”
Rubiales was pressured by his post as Spanish football president in 2023, resigning during his three years of banning by FIFA despite his first press conference, and reiterated that he would not resign. Ta. In his speech, Rubiales said he was a victim of a “witch hunt” by “fake feminists.”

They were found not guilty, according to Reuters.
