Madonna awkwardly falls off a chair during Seattle concert

Madonna fell during a performance in Seattle on Sunday night.

During a performance of “Open Your Heart,” the 56-year-old pop icon awkwardly fell from a chair on stage. After she started singing this song, one of Madonna’s backup dancers started dragging her chair.

The dancer lost her footing after only a few feet and fell to the floor with Madonna. A video of the accident shows Madonna laughing as she overcomes the fall and tumbles out of her chair with a smile on her face.

After the fall, Madonna stood up and approached the chair. She was seated, but still seemed disoriented from the effects of her fall as she was facing the wrong direction, after which she seemed to forget the lyrics.

When she realized this, she stood up and said, “I-I forgot what to say.”

As she turned around, a backup dancer approached her with another chair, and the performance quickly returned to normal.

The “Material Girl” singer is currently on “The Celebration Tour.” This is not the first on-set accident at Madonna’s show since her October tour debut.

Things took a turn during a December stop in Washington, D.C., when one of Madonna’s dancers approached Santa Claus and gave him a lap dance. When a female dancer climbed on top of Santa, both Santa and the dancer fell forward.

Madonna, who was nearby when the fall occurred, checked on the cheerful man and returned his red hat. In the video, Santa was judging the performance of backup dancers during Madonna’s set and appeared to be carrying a judging card.

The dancer caught in the fall did not take a step outside. She quickly got up and continued her performance while Santa gathered up his belongings scattered on stage.

During a visit to the Barclays Center that same month, Madonna revealed that she had been placed in a medically induced coma while hospitalized over the summer.

“I was in a coma for 48 hours,” Madonna told the crowd in a video shot by a fan. The musician revealed that her Kabbalah teacher was by her side throughout her coma.

“All I heard was his voice. I heard him say, ‘Hold my hand,'” she said.

“When I first regained consciousness, I saw six wonderful children sitting around me. By the way, I almost had to die in order to gather them all in one room. .”

Madonna says her friend Shavon “saved me” [her] “Life” after the “Material Girl” singer passed out in the bathroom.

“There are some very important people in this room tonight who were with me in the hospital. There is one very important woman who dragged me into the hospital,” Madonna said. “I don’t remember. I passed out on the bathroom floor and woke up in the ICU.”

“On Saturday, June 24th, Madonna developed a serious bacterial infection. [sic] “He will be in the ICU for several days,” Oseary posted on Instagram at the time, adding that his “health is improving but he is still undergoing treatment.” A full recovery is expected. ”

The “Vogue” singer was scheduled to begin her Celebration Tour in July, which also marks her 40th anniversary in the entertainment industry.
