Clark uses unique ingredients in his breakfast drinks.

Powdered bone soup protein is just one of the protein powders used to make smoothies into a stuffing meal.

She also contains concentrated electrolytes and pure liposomal phospholipid complexes. The supplement she calls it is something like “magic and sopp glyphosate exposure” in the body.

“This may be the most expensive smoothie you can make, but it works. Joint pain? Forget that. 40 grams of protein to start your day? A game changer,” Clark told Fox News Digital.

“Collagen and creatine that will help fight inflammation, stimulate hair growth and improve skin texture and hydration? Absolutely,” she added.

Clark admitted that she chose the more expensive $100 collagen powder, but claims it is the best on the market. She said that if you don't use it regularly, you can “really see” the differences in hair, nails and skin.

She also adds organic Goji Berry Powder and organic Beet Powder along with Cam Cam Powder.

Removing one food ingredient from your home is the first step to “doing maha,” influencers say

Camu-Camu is a berry native on Amazon Rainforest and is an incredible source of vitamin C according to Health.com.

“The cold doesn't have the amount of vitamin C here from the cam powder,” she joked.

Clark said in a comment in the video that she usually adds a teaspoon of colostrum flour and pumpkin pie spice, but when she made the smoothie above, she was outside of them.

“People will pay me a price,” she said in the video.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, if you are planning to incorporate supplements such as collagen into your diet, you should first talk to your doctor or provider.

“A promising 2019 systematic review found that oral collagen supplements could help heal wounds and maintain skin elasticity, but further research was needed on the best dose to take,” the medical center's website said.

The brand Clark uses in her smoothies is mentioned in her video. She has been viewed over 115,000 times on Instagram. Many people have shared online comments about it, praised it, and some have wondered about the cost.
