In a poll released Friday, a majority of registered voters said they believe President Biden and most members of Congress do not deserve re-election.

In a CNN/SSRS poll released Thursday, 34% of respondents said the president deserves reelection, while 66% disagreed. In the same poll, 38% said they approve of the way Biden is handling his job, while 62% said they disapprove.
The CNN/SSRS poll also showed former President Trump leading Biden by 4 points among registered voters, with 49% saying they were likely to vote for Trump and 45% voting for Biden. They answered that there is a high possibility that they will.
The average national poll from The Hill and Decision Desk shows Mr. Trump leading Mr. Biden by 2 points.
