Malik Nabers’ $10,000 rookie bet with Jayden Daniels called off

The bet…is off.

Malik Nabors and his former LSU quarterback Jaden Daniels decided to take a bet on who would win Rookie of the Year following the NFL Draft.

The winner receives $10,000 from the other party.

That won’t happen.

“I came here and learned about sports betting and gambling, so I stopped betting. There’s no betting right now,” Nabors said Friday after the first practice of rookie minicamp. “It was just one brother pushing another to achieve maximum success.”

Neighbors first revealed the nature of the bet on his podcast, The Pivot, and discussed it again on his All Facts No Brakes podcast with Keyshawn Johnson earlier this week.

Someone must have informed Neighbors and Daniels that betting on NFL prize money is not in line with league policy, and they called it quits.
