A man wearing a wig went on an “unprovoked” stabbing spree in Braintree, Massachusetts on Saturday, injuring four underage girls and two adults, police said.
The knife-wielding suspect, who police believe is also involved in an earlier murder, is accused of entering the Braintree AMC movie theater without paying and “suddenly attacking” four girls “without a word or warning.”
“The attack appears to have been unprovoked,” Braintree Police Station said, adding that the girls, aged between nine and 17, were all treated in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

According to CBS Boston, an AMC employee said the suspect was wearing “an oversized trench coat, sunglasses and a long blonde wig.”
The madman is said to have fled the scene in a car before police arrived and then continued his attack at a McDonald’s in Plymouth. New York Post report.
Massachusetts State Police found a 21-year-old female victim and a 29-year-old male victim with apparent stab wounds at approximately 7:09 p.m., at a restaurant along the Park and Ride on Route 3. They also suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were treated for the injuries.
