Marco Rubio, Nayib Bukele Celebrate Deportations After Judge Fails to Help Tren de Aragua Criminals

Representatives for President Donald Trump have deported 261 criminal immigrants to El Salvador detention centers, breaking a desperate attempt by a US judge to stop the country's international enforcement of immigration law.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio thank you El Salvador President Naive Buquer, who accepted 238 Venezuelan immigrants:

We sent two dangerous top MS-13 leaders and 21 of El Salvador's most nominated justice-facing 21. Also, as promised @potussent over 250 alien enemy members of Tren de Aragua, who agreed to keep a very good prison at a fair price to save taxpayers dollars. president @nayibbakele Thank you not only is the strongest security leader in our region, but he is also a great friend of the United States!

Trump is using the Alien Enemy Act of 1798 to accelerate the deportation of Venezuelan criminals past the migration lawsuit.

On Saturday, US District Judge James Boasberg tried to stop the migrants from being repatriated. Politics It has been reported:

A federal judge ordered the immediate detention of President Donald Trump's efforts to expeditiously force Venezuelan citizens under rarely used wartime forces intended to resist foreign aggression, and has already called for the return of the plane to Central America.

Trump's representative on Sunday I asked The High Court overturns Boasberg's protections against immigrants.

The policy of sending immigrants to middle countries is called the “safe third country” policy, allowing for rapid deportation of immigrants from countries that refuse to accept the repatriation of immigrant citizens. Trump established the policy in his first term, but it was soon abandoned by immigrants, anti-ethnic abolition authorities working for President Joe Biden.

Several other countries, including Guatemala and Panama, have also signed secure third-country deals with Rubio's Department of State.

Bukere explained transaction:

Today, Tren de Aragua, the first 238 members of Venezuelan crime organization, has arrived in our country. They were immediately transferred to CECOT, the Centre for the (renewable) terrorism confinement for a year.

The US pays them very low fees, but we pay a higher fee.

Over time, these actions, combined with production already produced by more than 40,000 inmates engaged in various workshops and labor under the Zero Idleness program, helps to make the prison system independent. As of today, it costs $200 million a year.

On this occasion, the United States also sent out 23 MS-13 members, sought after Salvador justice, including two masterminds. One of them is a member of the highest structure of criminal organizations.

This completes intelligence collection and chases the last wreckage of the MS-13, including former and new members, money, weapons, drugs, hideouts, collaborators, sponsors and more.

As always, we continue to fight organized crime. But this time, we have gained the vital intelligence to support our allies, to independently support our prison system and to make our country even safer. Everything is in a single action.

May God bless El Salvador and God bless America
