Marco Rubio Shuts Down Supporters of Hamas-Boosting Activist

Secretary of State Marco Rubio has shut down many Democrats who opposed his planned deportation of foreign visitors who organized a rally at New York University to support Hamas after the terrorist atrocities against Israeli citizens on October 7th.

“If you said that was what you were trying to do when you came to America, we wouldn't have let you in,” Rubio told reporters on May 12. [your visa] And I'll drive you out. ”

“This is not about freedom of speech,” Rubio said.

This is about [foreign] People who don't have the right to be in the United States in the first place. No one has the right to a student visa. By the way, no one has the rights to a green card. Therefore, if you apply for a student visa or visa to enter the United States, you have the right to deny you for practically any reason.

The Democratic Party's progressive wing of anti-border borders protects Mahmoud Khalil, a Hamas supporter who enrolled at Columbia University and organized an anti-Israel protest amid Israeli counterattacks against Hamas.

Protesters will meet to support Mahmoud Khalil outside the Thurgood Marshall U.S. Court on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, in support of Mahmoud Khalil, a hearing on Halil's arrest in New York, USA.

This defense is amplified by sympathetic media outlets portraying Halil as a stereotypical student and declaring his assistance to a murderous Hama Stellarist group.

This radical freedom of speech is promoted, despite the fact that many journalists are also keen on the GOP's policy of using biology-based pronouns when referring to people who say they are “transgender.”

The central argument by Khalil's advocates is that he has a green card. This means it is a multipurpose, long-term visa for foreigners. However, although a green card is not a citizenship card, it can be converted to citizenship in a few years if the visitor does not break the laws of the country.

The left-wing turmoil leaves Democratic leaders with political pickles, and they respond to zig zags across the political landscape.

“I hate many of the opinions and policies that Mahmoud Halil holds and supports, and I'm known for my criticism of anti-Semitism in Colombia,” said New York Sen. Chuck Schumer. It has been declared March 11th. He is Zig-Zagged:

I encouraged [universities] Because they are much more robust about how they fight anti-Semitism and maintain a harassment-free campus that protects the safety and security of Jews and other students…

[But] If the administration cannot prove it, it is wrong because he violates the criminal law to justify taking this harsh action and does it for the opinions he has expressed.

Rubio is not giving any space to Democrats, activists and their media.

On Wednesday, the reporter told him:

President Trump appealed to many Americans, particularly during his campaign on the freedom of speech debate that did not curb speech from the government. Revoking the green card to many people is considered by secretaries as one of the most anti-speech actions [of State] I was able to take it with his power. How do you respond?

“This is an important point. I'm happy you asked this question,” replied Rubio.

When you come to the US as a visitor – what is this a visa [and] This is how this individual entered the country on a visitor's visa. You are here as a visitor [not a citizen].

You can deny that visa [when you first ask for it]. We can deny you if you let us know when you apply. “Hello, I'm about to enter the US on a student visa. I'm a massive supporter of Hamas, a murderous, wild group that lured children, allowing them to rape and die in captivity, allowing them to return more bodies than live hostages.”

Tell us that you agree with such groups and let us know when you apply for your visa. I'm going to close your university”…We deny your visa. I hope we do that.

If you were in this country on a visa like this, and you actually ended up doing it, we will cancel it.

And if you are not citizenship and have a green card as a result of that visa while you are participating in those activities, we will kick you out. It's just as easy.

This is not about freedom of speech. This is about people who don't have the right to be in the US in the first place. No one has the right to a student visa. By the way, no one has the rights to a green card. Therefore, if you apply for a student visa or visa to enter the United States, you have the right to deny you for practically any reason.

But I think I'm a Hamas supporter and in addition to coming to our university, putting them upside down and closing learning institutions, I'm complicit in what is clearly a destroyed crime. There are children at these schools who can't attend classes. [They] All this money should pay to these expensive schools that should be highly respected [and] I can't go to class. These madmen are afraid to go to class as they have covers running around their faces and screaming horrible things.

If you told us that was what you were going to do when you came to America, we would never have forgiven you. [the visa] And I'll kick you out.
