Rep. Mark Green (R-Tenn.) will ban President Joe Biden from allowing migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border to circumvent Transportation Security Administration (TSA) rules while flying within the country. We have submitted a bill to do so.
Greene, who chairs the House Homeland Security Committee, promulgated the “Ensuring All Illegal Aliens Have Lawful Documentation Act” (commonly known as the Act). valid act – on Thursday.

Under the Biden administration, immigrants from the U.S.-Mexico border will be able to use DHS documents as official identification (ID) to present to TSA agents at airports.
For example, immigrants who have recently crossed the border can use arrest warrants, deportation orders, notices to appear in immigration court (NTAs), and federal protection booking records as identification with TSA. On the other hand, Americans Required To present an official government ID to pass a TSA officer at the airport.
The Biden administration is also allowing immigrants to use CBP One, a mobile app that can be used as identification at TSA checkpoints. As Breitbart News reports, the CBP One app has enabled more than 500,000 migrants to be booked at the border and then released into the interior of the United States.
Greene’s bill would end this practice completely.
