Mark Levin criticizes the mortgage fraud scandals involving favored Democrats

Mortgage Fraud Allegations Involving Democratic Figures

Mark Levin has noted a troubling connection between Democrats and mortgage fraud, expressing skepticism about their integrity. He suggests many, if not most, are essentially con artists.

One significant case involves New York State Attorney General Letitia James, who is under investigation for various mortgage-related infractions. Allegedly, she not only labeled her father as a co-signer on documents related to a property in Queens but also is accused of incorrectly designating a Virginia property as her primary residence to obtain a mortgage this year. This reportedly violates New York’s residency regulations.

Furthermore, concerns have been raised regarding her misrepresentation of a Brooklyn brownstone in her mortgage application. Records suggest the property has five units, while she claimed it had only four to secure better loan terms.

When confronted by a federal housing finance agency, James reportedly deflected blame onto systemic racism, accusing them of painting black individuals as mortgage fraudsters. Levin countered, asserting that it’s not indicative of an entire community’s behavior but rather specific to her actions.

Levin also brought Adam Schiff into the discussion, alleging that the Democratic senator has attempted to undermine Donald Trump with dishonesty while concealing his own questionable actions. Earlier this year, Schiff was referred to the Department of Justice for supposedly claiming his properties in Maryland and California as primary residences for mortgage rates between 2003 and 2020 — a time when he allegedly engaged in mortgage fraud.

This situation has led Levin to question Schiff’s hypocrisy, especially when he has been vocal about Trump’s perceived wrongdoings. Schiff dismissed the accusations as politically motivated retaliation.

President Trump, however, feels strongly that Schiff should face justice regarding these mortgage allegations, calling him a “low life.” Levin expressed agreement with this sentiment.
