Part of the mission given to President Trump by the American people was to reduce the size of the government and remove it from the corruption that rampified it. And that's exactly what he does through the efficiency of the government led by Elon Musk. The agency has already excavated shocking waste in many federal agencies.
However, every turn, Doge encounters resistance from the swamp. Less bureaucracy and less spending means smaller, weaker swamps, and they are not falling without a fight.
The fight came in the form of law.

“We have this underground government,” he says, built by Democrats and made possible by founding Republicans “to protect this bureaucrat and every inch of false penny.” Mark Levin.
Despite Doge revealing that the US Treasury Department spent $4.7 trillion on payments that included Social Security payments to people who are not eligible, death, and nonexistent, the underground government “sues after filing a lawsuit… in the Cherry Pick community — meaning less Democrat communication — it's too far ahead. Stop [the DOGE] From looking at the data,” he explains.
“This radical left judge Cabal is actually a super-regis ratua,” says Levin. Levin might argue that it is the Trump administration and the dogge that are violating the constitution, but the truth is clear. There is no federal law that stops administrative agencies from auditing or looking at their own data.
However, there is ample evidence that the actions taken by these lower courts are indeed unconstitutional.
“It's the courts that are out of control and out of control,” Levin points to John Bates, who “ordered the HHS and CDC” as an example of “ordering the HHS and CDC to return the language to the website.”
After all, what is a federal judge?
Levin reminds us that they are “unelected” and “black robe lawyers” who preside over certain districts.
“A single federal district judge should not be able to issue anything national!” he says. “But that's what they do. So, in addition to stepping into areas where there is absolutely no authority as a federal judge, they have issued national rulings, where they have no authority at all.”
“So who's violating the Constitution?” he asks. “At some point, the Supreme Court will have to get involved,” stops this “non-violent rebellion.”
