The left, crying about democracy at stake, is doing everything they can to stop Donald Trump's agenda by attacking Elon Musk and Doge.
Liberals may say what Trump is doing is unconstitutional, Mark Levin I know the truth: Donald Trump “has the right to run an administrative agency” including employee and spending issues, but I think he's appropriate.
“He is not obligated to give rubber stamps to what the previous administration did in discretionary spending. He is not obligated to maintain all employees who will inherit when he takes office.” He says.
Anyway, the swamp is hiring lower courts to entangle his Magazine agenda in lawsuits, thereby halting or at least slowing down liability.
However, “the courts do not have the authority to run administrative agencies,” says Levin, calling the concept “a clear violation of power separation.”
So, what is this if these “unelected judges who are all lawyers” cannot be stopped by the constitution from fulfilling his fundamental duties?
Well, what really connects it is survival. The swamp will not descend without a fight.

Donald Trump ran on his promise to reduce the size of his government and eradicate bureaucratic corruption. While people cheer (this is what they have longed for), Democrats spiral in panic, Levin explains.
“This illicit spending, these missing money, corruption, glyfts – this is what they created,” he says.
He says the next quote from French economist Frederic Bastiato makes the Democrats better. And the moral code that praises it. ”
Levin then explains how politicians and bureaucrats from deep states plundered their way of life. They created the legal system through fundamentally leftist activist judges and moral norms that praise it through government-sponsored media.
So, while swamps may scream, “democracy is at risk,” in reality, it is the swamp lifestyle that is at risk.
