Mark Levin Unveils a Major Threat Looming Over Our Nation!

Each time a district court judge issues a temporary restraining order or an injunction against the President of the United States, they undermine the Constitution.

"These lower court judges established by Congress; <em><em>are not</em></em> meant to have authority beyond their districts, yet they 'activate nationally,' according to Levin.

Our founders were worried that this type of judicial overreach might happen. They passionately debated freedom and rights and how to construct a government around those principles, ultimately creating our exceptional republic.

However, these unlawful district judges and their actions today - they embody "Democrat lawyers pursuing lawsuits." - completely disregard our Constitution.

I could mention James Boasberg from the District of Columbia. He had the audacity to instruct Trump to maneuver two planes carrying dangerous deportees in March.

He had no authority to make such an order, states Levin.

Not only did Boasberg breach the separation of powers, he also assumed the powers of the President. President Trump has the constitutional responsibility to secure the United States as the commander under Article 2. It's exclusively his duty to enforce laws like the alien enemy statutes.

If no action is taken to halt these unauthorized district judges, Levin warns, "at the initial phase of a case, a single federal judge holds more power than the majority of the Supreme Court." "It all becomes inverted."
