“There’s a lot you can do without it,” Wahlberg shared with Fox News. “Most of the time, I feel like throwing my phone out the window. It’s overwhelming sometimes. I try to focus on doing more and being better. I always encourage folks to eat well and exercise—it really does make a difference.” He also highlighted how discipline is crucial in his life.

Wahlberg mentioned that his day starts with prayer, expressing gratitude and seeking guidance. “I ask for strength to use the talents God has given me for a purpose, trying not to get caught up in worldly distractions. There are many responsibilities on my plate,” he explained.

He reflected on the challenges he faced growing up, mentioning exposure to drugs and violence. “Our parents were going through a divorce, focusing on providing for us, so we often felt alone,” he shared.
