Massive ‘Hands Off’ Protests Erupt Nationwide Against Donald Trump!

Washington, USA:

Hundreds of thousands of demonstrators filled the streets of significant U.S. cities on Saturday, marking the largest protest since the return of President Donald Trump’s divisive policies.

From workforce management to trade tariffs, and the diminishing civil rights, opponents of Republican presidential initiatives have assembled in cities like New York, Houston, Florida, Colorado, and Los Angeles.

“I'm always furious, I'm perpetually furious, indeed.

In Washington, a multitude of protesters (many having journeyed from diverse regions) convened at the National Mall, where numerous speakers voiced their dissent against Trump.

“We have around 100 individuals who traveled by bus and van from New Hampshire to protest against this reprehensible administration (which) has lost allies globally and caused havoc for people domestically.”

“They are obstructing our government.”

In Los Angeles, a woman dressed as a character from the dystopian novel The Handmaid’s Tale waved a large banner stating “Get Out of My Uterus,” highlighting Trump’s anti-abortion stance.

In Denver, Colorado, one of the many protesters embraced a sign proclaiming “There’s no king for America.”

The rally even extended to the European capital, where demonstrators voiced their opposition to Trump and his combative trade policies.

“This is everyone’s issue concerning what’s unfolding in America,” Liz Chamberlin, a dual British citizen residing in the U.S., remarked at a rally in London.

“It’s economic foolishness… he’s attempting to propel us into a global recession.”

In Berlin, 70-year-old retiree Suzanne Fest stated that Trump has initiated a “constitutional crisis” and added that “men are deranged.”

In the U.S., a coalition of progressive groups such as MoveOn and Women’s March has organized “hands-off” events in over 1,000 cities and across all congressional districts, according to the group.

Trump has incited anger among many Americans by swiftly shifting the government, unilaterally enforcing conservative principles, applying intense pressure on borders and even on trade partners, leading to declines in stock markets.

“To be honest, I’m here to combat fascism,” protester Dominique Santerra stated to AFP in Boston. “We will prevent our leaders from detaining the enemy, we will imprison the enemy, we will stop him from detaining random individuals, immigrants.”

Numerous Democrats are grappling with how their minority position in both Houses of Congress seems almost powerless to counter Trump’s actions.

Many speakers addressed the crowd, including Representative Jamie Raskin, a Democrat who acted as the team leader during Trump’s second impeachment.

“Ethical individuals do not desire a dictator who will devastate an economy that understands the value of all prices and worth,” he informed the gathering.

Greylan Hagler, 71, spoke to the protests, “They’ve awakened the sleeping giant, but they haven’t seen anything yet.”

“We are not sitting idly, we are not silent, we are not departing.”

Saturday’s rally was largely peaceful. On a serene day in Washington, the atmosphere was vibrant, filled with protesters and young couples along with families with toddlers in strollers.

A women’s march previously guided an estimated half a million demonstrators to Washington shortly after Trump’s initial election in 2016.

Organizers of the recent Washington Rally had anticipated around 20,000 attendees, but by Saturday afternoon, the turnout appeared significantly larger.

As Trump continues to transform Washington, his approval ratings have reached their lowest since he took office, based on recent polls.

However, despite global resistance to his expansive tariffs and growing dissent among many Americans, the White House has dismissed the protests.

The Republican president, retaining loyalty from his base, has exhibited no signs of retreat.

“My policies will remain unchanged,” Trump stated on Friday.
