The WWE’s Crown Jewel event is set to take place in Australia for the first time, featuring the Crown Jewel Championship on the line for its second occurrence.
Since its inception in 2018, Crown Jewel has become a staple in WWE events, but the championship was only introduced last year. This time, the matches will include both men’s and women’s title bouts, matching the champions from “Raw” and “SmackDown” against one another. Notably, Cody Rhodes, the SmackDown Champion, will compete, having won the inaugural Crown Jewel Championship previously.
This event will also mark another chapter in John Cena’s retirement tour, although he won’t be in contention for the title.
