Matt Kalil Sues Ex-Wife Hailey Bailey Over Viral Comments
Matt Kalil has initiated legal action against his ex-wife, Hailey Bailey, following remarks she made about the size of his penis that gained widespread attention.
During a Twitch session in November 2025, Bailey suggested that the size of Kalil’s penis was the “biggest factor” contributing to their divorce in 2022.
In the lawsuit filed on Tuesday, Kalil stated that Bailey’s “degrading and deeply personal comments” caused him to face “unwanted public attention and invasive remarks.” He further asserted that the fallout has adversely affected not only him but also his family and his new wife, Keilani Asmus, who supposedly received “disturbing” and “alarming” messages as a result of Bailey’s comments.
The lawsuit alleges invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment, claiming that Bailey has profited financially from her statements and that Kalil’s personal traffic has surged due to her remarks. He is seeking damages that exceed $75,000.
A representative from Bailey’s side has not yet responded to requests for comment.
In her conversation with Twitch streamer Marlon Garcia, Bailey compared Kalil’s size to “something only 0.01 percent of the population has.”
During her Twitch appearance, Bailey expressed that they had attempted to resolve their differences through therapy and other avenues. She mentioned, “We’ve tried everything,” suggesting that their issues were complex.
The couple began dating after Kalil was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in 2012, eventually tying the knot in a lavish Hawaiian ceremony in 2015. However, Bailey filed for divorce in May 2022, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
After the comments went viral, Bailey expressed concern about respecting Kalil’s privacy and the integrity of their shared experiences. She reflected on their marital connection and lamented that only snippets of their Twitch discussion were being highlighted.
Meanwhile, Kalil received a $300,000 offer from an adult webcam site called CamSoda to participate in a campaign aimed at embracing men who can find humor in themselves and their stories, especially in light of viral moments.
