Matt Kalil's former wife responds in ongoing legal dispute regarding manhood remark

Hayley Bailey, the ex-wife of Matt Kalil, is addressing the lawsuit that Kalil filed against her.

Her attorney, Matthew Bialik, has filed a motion to dismiss this lawsuit, as reported.

Kalil, who had a six-year NFL career playing for the Vikings and the Panthers, has accused Bailey of invading his privacy after she made claims on a livestream regarding the size of his manhood, calling it the “biggest factor” in their divorce.

Bailey described it as comparable to “two Coke cans, maybe a third,” and cited this as causing intimacy challenges in their relationship.

“It’s awful…I regret our whole marriage,” Bailey remarked during an appearance on Marlon Garcia’s “Mar-A-Thon” livestream. “We made every effort. Therapists, doctors—nothing worked. I wasn’t lying… I even researched the lipotype ST…it’s kind of comical. My life feels like a scripted comedy. That was the main issue.”

“We made attempts, but nothing changed unless you shed tears,” she added.

Bialik commented that he will advocate for the case to be dismissed by arguing that Bailey possesses “erotic autonomy,” meaning she has the right to discuss her own sexuality.

He noted that Bailey is “exercising her sexual sovereignty by being transparent about her experiences.”

According to the lawsuit, Kalil described her comments as “invasive,” negatively impacting his efforts to remain out of the spotlight.

Kalil claims he has faced “unwanted public scrutiny and invasive commentary,” affecting his family as they deal with the ongoing circulation of these hurtful and deeply personal remarks.

He is pursuing a jury trial and is looking for over $75,000 in damages.

Kalil also alleges that Bailey “gained significant financial advantages, improved visibility, and monetization from various media and social platforms” due to her statements.

The couple married in 2015 but divorced seven years later.

Kalil later married Keilani Asmus in 2024, and they have a one-year-old son together.

He played most of his career with the Vikings, receiving a Pro Bowl selection as a rookie, before concluding his time in the league with the Panthers.
