Matthew Stafford, Raheem Mostert, Puka Nacua

There's no better way to get in on the action this Monday than by diving into the player prop market ahead of “Monday Night Football.”

Monday's matchup between the Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Rams will be star-studded.

Let's analyze which players will succeed and which ones will not.

Matthew Stafford Under 1.5 Passing Touchdown (+120, Bet 365)

On paper, the Rams are a pass-heavy offense, throwing the ball 59% of the time this season.

However, once you get into the red zone, it's a different story.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford is averaging 4.9 red zone pass attempts per game and star running back Kyren Williams is averaging 4.8 red zone rush attempts per game.

From what we've seen so far, the matchup will dictate whether the Rams throw or pass in the red zone, and it would be wise to keep the ball on the ground against the Miami Dolphins.

Miami's secondary has been solid, ranking seventh in opponent completion percentage and sixth in passing yards allowed. They have also allowed the fewest passing touchdowns in the NFL this year.

Finally, Stafford has thrown two or fewer touchdowns in six of eight games this season, so getting him for plus money would be great value.

Raheem Mostert's longest rush over 10.5 yards (-125, DraftKings)

Much has been made about Devon Ahern's rapid rise with Tua Tagovailoa back at center, but Raheem Mostert still has a clear role on offense.

Over the past two weeks, Ashan has recorded 22 rushing attempts and Mostert has recorded 19 rushing attempts.

Mostert has rushed for 11 yards or more in four of five games this season, showing he's still explosive out of the backfield. He will have a great chance of success tonight, as the Los Angeles Rams rank 25th in rushing yards per game.

The great thing about this prop is that it only requires one big play.

Mostert wasn't very efficient overall, averaging only 3.8 yards per carry, but he still showed he can break off big runs and should do so in this plus matchup.

Puka Nacua Rushing 1.5 yards or more (+100, bet 365)

The final player prop is a sneaky one. Above, we talked about how much Kyren Williams is involved in the offense on the ground, but he's not the only one consistently getting carries from game to game.

Wide receiver Puka Nacua is used for jet sweeps and reverses in the Rams' offense. He has carries in 10 of 21 career games, including two of three this year.

His carries are also often good, averaging 5.5 yards per carry in his career. So it only takes one carry from Nacua to cash in on this, and given how focused the Dolphins defense is on Kyren Williams, I see Nacua being used for some deception on the ground. It will happen.
